iCloud calendars are not syncing on PC

The problem may be caused by the iCloud Outlook Add-in.

The iCloud Outlook Add-in transfers content between iCloud and Outlook. Follow the steps below in Outlook (2010 and later) to check and turn on the Add-in:

  1. Select the File menu.Outlook_iCloud_add-in_1.png

  3. Click Add-ins in the left panel of the Outlook Options window.Outlook_iCloud_add-in_3.png
  4. Look at the list of add-ins in the Active Application Add-ins section. Outlook_iCloud_add-in_4.png
  5. Select to Manage COM Add-insJaxstar_Outlook_iCloud_addin_5.png
  6. If the iCloud Add-in is listed as inactive:
    1. Tick to enable it.
    2. Click OK.
    3. Close Outlook.
    4. Restart Outlook.
  7. If the iCloud Add-in is listed as active:
    1. Untick to disable it.
    2. Click OK.
    3. Close Outlook.
    4. Restart Outlook.
    5. Navigate to step 5 (Select to Manage COM Add-ins) to open the Add-in again.
    6. Tick to enable the Add-in.
    7. Click OK.
    8. Close Outlook.
    9. Restart Outlook.
